We assume joyboy was "good" because of how the story has been set up but I like that oda is sowing seeds of doubt in that. It possibly wasn't good vs evil. It was a clash of ideology. 🤔 The 20 kingdoms might have teamed up to stop their advanced kingdom from destroying the world or something and over the 900 years became corrupt.
