When Serie said "In the end, that boy never saw the fluctuations in my mana either" that means Serie is suppressing her mana too. Lernen thinks Serie's suppressed mana is equal to Frieren's maximum. Serie is a fuckin mana BEAST. She'd wipe the floor with Frieren.

Except for some reason they think Lernen COULD see Serie's fluctuations which would imply Lernen made a correct assessment of her mana. If this were true, Serie would know if he could see it, since her intuition is always correct.

I think Lernen was saying that Frieren had mana equal to Serie's, but he didnt realize Serie was also suppressing her mana. Or he did and was just being humble, but I dont think so. Maybe Frieren can see the mana fluctuations and doesnt care, but I dont think anyone else did until Fern, thats why Lernen disappointed Serie and Fern intrigued her. So Serie at full power is probably leagues above Frieren, i wonder how old she actually is if she really knows every single spell ever created.

Nah he only saw the fluctuation equal to frieren level but serie had another fluctuation meaning her mana is most likely far above even frieren
