I could rewatch this episode every day and not get tired of it. The only other thing I'll say is that this is not as good as it gets.

Afro Shinobi

Yall should watch the Gurren movie on your free time. It has some added scenes that are pretty worth it imo.

Ryoma Nagare

God, I love this episode. Also I'm sure others have mentioned it already but you can skip ep 16. It's a pure recap episode.

I haven't been able to be around much lately, but as usual I'm glad you guys are getting to enjoy this special anime. I'll be catching up on the VODs soon, hope ya'll are staying safe in these times

Nomad Von

Can't wait till ya'll hit the Part 2 hype. At the end of the series though y'all have to watch certain scenes from the movies Gurren-hen (the intro) and Lagann-hen (final battle).

Also I'm pretty sure the spiral king's gunmen is named Rasengan, which translates to "Spiral Sphere"; not sure why the english translation stuck with Lazengann (there's no L sound in japanese so they use something that sounds closer to an R)

It can be romanized either way I think, but the actual translation for Lazengann is "Spiral Face", not "Spiral Sphere". That one is for the Naruto attack.
