Inc House v0.09a Supporter Release (Patreon)

Hi everyone, Whimfu1 here. Inc House v0.09a is now available to supporters. I do want to talk about this update a bit as I do believe it does deserve some explanation.

Firstly, compared to previous updates, this demo doesn’t expand the story in a meaningful way. The aim was to try out new functionality that will hopefully make the game more fun to play during the primary loop. From previous polls it’s clear the game needs more events and interactions to break out of the visual novel feel it currently has. This is where the first new feature comes in.

In this update, I tested out a new touch minigame with Rita while she washes the dishes. Basically, depending on your love level with her, you can walk up to her and pat her bottom to raise affection at a much faster rate. (Apologies about the weird wording, I do have to use some tamer terms to stay within the guidelines.)

This is to hopefully alleviate the grind and also add some novelty to your interactions with the main heroines. Right now, Rita is the only heroine to have this but, now that the ground work is done, I should be able to make similar events for Leni and Luna.

With that said, this feature took me a while to hammer out and I do feel bad how content light this update is. So, like before, this update will stay supporters only as I work on the other two girls. I’m hoping that with the icons made and a better understanding of Ren’py they should be quicker to make.

The next feature is the Hunt, in particular, adding in extra NPCs like JoggerQT. JoggerQT is not related to the game whatsoever however I think adding in mysterious NPCs will help you feel like you’re progressing more. In this case, JoggerQT’s H-scene is locked behind maxing out either Rita or Luna’s current routes. This should act like an extra reward for completing their stories as well as its own puzzle to solve.

If the Hunt is well received, I’ll likely start spacing out the rewards. One girl may just need to be beyond kissing one of the main heroines, another may have you complete a section of Leni’s quest at the mall. Overtime, they should add up to a scavenger hunt of sorts.

Anyways, I’m sorry for the ramble, I feel iffy about updates where I did far more background work than upfront. If you use the code, and know your way around the game, it takes almost no time to see the new H-scenes. I feel bad for that and I’m hoping to finish the other touch minigames soon. Still, I’d prefer if people saw what I’ve worked on in case I’m going down the wrong track. Thank you for all your support. Please comment any critiques of the new features as it helps out a lot.

Changelog

JoggerQT now appears in front of the house on a certain afternoon.

You can try to seduce JoggerQT after certain criteria are met with main heroines

JoggerQT H-scene unlocks after a dialogue tree minigame.

You can now touch Rita when she’s washing dishes in the kitchen.

Stage 1 of Rita touch interaction allows you to either pat or remove pants

Change: When Lincoln recognizes the song Luna sings in the shower, the answer is now underlined instead of bolded for readability.

Change: Tail story events that occur at the lab will still pay you $40 for the day.

Bug fix: Trying to give Luna a key item no longer results in jumping to the next label in the scene. In supporter versions this was the cheat menu while the public version would go to a blank black screen.

Bug fix: Losing affection due to failed minigames or actions will no longer result in the heroine's affection from going into the negatives. Instead it will only go to zero.

Quick Guide

There are only two main additions to the demo this update: JoggerQT and Rita’s Kitchen Touch Minigame.

JoggerQT can be found in front of the house Tuesday Afternoons so you will need to stay home instead of going to work ect.

You must have had sex with either Rita or Luna before you can seduce JoggerQT. If you done this you will enter a dialogue tree minigame. These are the answers to the minigame, highlight the relative section to reveal:

For Rita’s new scene, you must find her in the kitchen Tuesday and Thursday Mornings or Saturday Evenings.

This new mechanic requires you to reach certain love levels with Rita to do certain options without facing an affection penalty.

Stage 1: In order to grope her butt you must have reached Love Level 1 (After getting couch H-scene). You can also remove her pants without consequence at Love Level 1.

Stage 2: You can spank her without penalty at Love Level 2. You will also be able to have sex with her as long as she has 20 affection.

Spanking her gives her 10 affection so with the tail power you should be able to spank, spank, then fuck as long as you have enough energy.
