Quick Weekend Update (Patreon)

As mentioned in my previous post, I was working hard this weekend to see where I was in terms of being able to release on March 9th. As of right now, I know I will be cutting it close but I think I can do it. I may have to skimp out on a few things I wanted to fix but I do want to try for it. 

Here's what I finished since my last post:

1. All intended features for the v0.04a changing room minigame are now functional. I think some of the animations are a little weak without sound however it is functional.

2. The three part thiccqt conversation lines, as pictured above, are all typed up in Ren'py and seem to be working well.

3. Added the ability to gain the new "Horn" power, as shown above. It's mostly narrative though I'd think it'd be nice to add a corruption mechanic somewhere else like the college.

With that said, here's what needs to be done.

A. An answer page needs to be made for the thiccqt puzzles. Basically you approach Leni say you want to confront thiccqt and then provide your answer. I may need to forego a Phasmophobia style select item sheet and instead just do a direct array comparison from the notebook you mark in the minigame.

B. I still need to link all the scenes and run through them checking for bugs. Each individually is working but I've only called them from console.

C. Finish the thiccqt scene to some sort of extent. I'll likely finish my sketch and add a minor animation. However, I think another animation might look better and change it later on.

D. I'll need to run through the game a couple of times before publishing as well. Once from a fresh start, as I've changed so much of Leni's story, and also from the paid Patron code. I still plan on doing the 1 week delay for the public release so I need to make sure that code works.

I do wish I got more done this weekend but I lost internet for the past two days as I made a provider switch. It was really bad timing and meant I was unable to transfer my art from my tablet to my computer delaying many scenes till I could connect them. Complaining aside, I hope to get something for you soon. Thank you for sticking with me. I may try to adjust the update schedule after this I don't know if I could do monthly but maybe six weeks.

Also, I almost forgot this week is supposed to be the Bi-weekly pin-up poll. I won't be able to draw it this week for sure but I'll put up a poll for that tier tomorrow and make it two characters to make up for it.
