In Comic Con interview panels, Paul Wesley (Stefan), always told the story that he chose not to talk to Nina Dobrev initially on set cause he wanted Stefan & Elena’s 1st meet in the show to be authentic. I don’t know how true it is, but Paul & Nina eventually became good friends & remain really close friends to this day.

Love love love your reactions! Just wanted to clarify that Tyler (who punched Jeremy) is the Mayors son who also dated Vickie. Matt (Elena’s ex/Caroline’s new love interest) is Vickie’s brother. You got them mixed up when Jeremy went to Tyler to try and comfort him after that weird shit with Tyler’s dad wanting them to fight each other. This is my favorite show, I’ve probably seen it 8 times lol. I love watching you react and hearing your theories! ❤️

I can’t wait for next week’s episode! Episode 11 really changed my perspective on Damon, he’s become one of my favorite characters on the show. That said, my all-time favorite won’t make an appearance til Season 2 hehe

I'm happy we both agreed we hate Logan. Man poor Tyler, his dad is abusive and is a total asshole. I really didn't understand Tyler until this episode the first time I watched it. you clocked that so quick Audrey! Yes, since you figured it out we are going to get werewolves. Not the cute twilight kind. Alaric is the new history teacher and he's not a vampire. There's a new friendship you'll probably love coming up soon. can't wait for you to meet some of the new characters. This is getting good! Love your reactions as always Audrey. Hehehehe I know exactly who you're talking about, he's one of my favorites too. Episode 11 also changed my opinion on Damon and it made me like him more, still not quite my favorite though, doesn't show up till later, probably my favorite character in the show altogether.

Your really going to love Katherine's character next season. I also feel like Bonnie and Caroline will grow on u, and Damon eventually gets tolerable just has better reasons for wat he does.

When you said, “he’s so hot he has got to be gay in real life, can’t be straight” (referring to Stefan), it made me kind of giggle. I’ve thought that too about people in movies or shows 😅. However, I have also been on the opposite end, where an actor or actress has portrayed a straight character so well that I didn’t realize they weren’t straight until later, when I would look them up for a different reason that had nothing to do with their relationship status, and see and/or read about who they were/are in a relationship with.

Crimson Doodles The Drama

This is one of the shows that keeps you guessing a lot, creates distractions but also needs you to be super keyed in and attentive to details. There are a lot of plot threads thrown at us in the beginning so 👀 suuper attention!-- but i get it it IS a lot characters and plots and backstabbies and things that look similar but are not (*cough* the rings*) and handsome young actors (tyler brown hair-- douchy dad is the guy who dated/slept with vicky, matt - blonder/dated elena/is the brother). Love that you are continuing this, definitely a favorite show for me. I also like that you read the comments, since you're live reacting it makes sense that you miss little things but then we the fandom are here to step in ^-^ Also loving you calling them all hot. we've all been there. this show has something for everyone when it comes to eye candy.

I’m having such a good time commenting on this and your other shows!!! The Logan hatred is so Real!! Your happy dance was great😂😂. I watched this show about 7-9 years ago during my first deep depression phase so it means so much to me and I have rewatched it so many times, but watching it with you is so nostalgic 🥰. Your Alaric theories are so much fun, I remember being so confused by him in the beginning! Tyler is such a hard character to pin down an opinion on for me, we meet him basically sexually assaulting Vicki the first episode and being a general douche jock, but he has some of my favorite arcs of the show (no spoilers!!). The next episode which you have already seen when you read this is one of my favorites of season one and I’m so excited to see how you feel about it!!

Okay, so everyone is telling you that seasons 7-8 are a struggle to get through. I will admit that season 7 can be particularly confusing, but I think the last two seasons are PIVOTAL to the show. Even if you end up not watching it with us, you definitely need to finish watching on your own, otherwise you’re gonna be left with wondering about a lot of plot points.

Ooh, this is where shit starts getting good!!! *rubs hands together in excitement* And yes, there was A LOT of foreshadowing in this episode!! I cannot wait to see your reaction!! At the moment, I am currently rewatching with you and one other reactor, and the contrast between your reactions is amazing! I’m currently on season 8 with the other reactor and now I’m starting over with you. One thing you both agree on is that everyone on the show is so hot! This is why I love rewatching with people who haven’t seen the show before because I’m always discovering something new through their reactions which makes the show so much better! I love how excited you get when you find out you’re right about something. I noticed a few times that you stopped walking because you were so into the show! Ooh, gurl! You are right about Stefan! He is abs-olutely (get it? 😉) gorgeous! If it were up to me, I’d have him and Damon just be shirtless all the time! One thing I do really like about this version of vampires compared to Twilight is that other than the thirst for blood and other powers (mind compulsion, super strength, quick healing, etc.), they are basically human. They’re not made of stone (I always hated that about Twilight, especially during the fight scenes and they had that rock crushing sound effect). They don’t sparkle (🤣🤣). They’re able to sleep and eat regular food. (I guess kinda like Renesmee). If I’m not mistaken, I do think Stefan says something about drinking coffee helps their blood circulate so they’re not so cold to the touch, so I guess that’s a similarity. Anyway, this was another amazing reaction and I am so excited for more!!!

This is such a small dumb thing I noticed you say but when you said Caroline shouldn’t sleep because she may have a concussion that is actually a myth. Rest is encouraged when you have a concussion you just have to make sure they are rousable. I am in nursing school and learned that like a month ago and thought it was funny how nobody tells you these things lol
