You have to watch the PIVOT blooper if you can find it. It's the best. Such an iconic scene. When I bought a couch I yelled it at the delivery guys who hauled it up my stairs and they both got it. I was nice enough to wait until the couch was in the house, though, felt a little mean to do it on the stairs. 🤣

All I can think about is the bloopers for PIVOTTT

Ava Koppenhoefer

Friends bloopers are some of the best tv bloopers that exist. Even funnier than the actual show. You should definitely check them out after you finish watching the show

Alex Foster

The PIVOT scene has finally arrived.!! My friends and i still yell pivot at eachother anytime we need to help eachother move or rearrange something big or awkward to lift.

Dominic

They’re all best friends even tho they have “best friends” within the best friend group(Rachel and Monica, Joey and Chandler, Chandler and Ross) all 6 of them are best friends so it’s not uncommon for friends to wear other friends belongings especially if they live with the significant other. I hope that makes sense lol. Like I can see a situation where Monica was doing laundry and put on joeys sweat shirt (not really thinking about it) and was just like “oh this is yours Joe? Well I’ll give it back when I wash it” type of situation yk.

Lydia Shepard

There are 10 seasons!!!! Also love the pivot scene but you should really watch the blooper scene as it is so much funnier than the actual scene. Here is a video of it found on youtube!!!! Definitely worth the watch!!!!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWruEaP4ysI

Savvy

PIVOT is soooo iconic in the fandom lol

Amanda Svensson

Ahhh we have reached the famous ”PIVOT” scene😆😆

Amanda Svensson

Also, to this day, I still have no clue what ”pivot” actually means😂 the only context I have of the word is from this episode. I’m from Sweden btw, so English is not my first language. Take care!🥰

emmy

Is it me or in the couch scene it was missing where Rachel accidentally pulls the fire alarm and that how Ross’s couch gets damaged as the people who live in the building run all over it. Or is that scene just played when you watch the DVD’S as that’s all I watch friends on?

haley roberts

I think that’s from the dvds bc I haven’t seen it, I’ve only seen it in bloopers/extras on YouTube

Alicia

The friends blooper where they’re bringing up the sofa up the stairwell is one of the funniest things you'll ever see! After you’re done watching the series, you’ll have to watch the bloopers compilation because it’s like an hour long from all the seasons. And then you also have to watch the Reunion special!

Lucy

Yes I have also mentioned about bloopers too 😏 hehe! I did attached a video in one of the comments, but maybe it needs a paid request.

Tereza

Here it is, i love this blooper 😂 https://youtu.be/hWruEaP4ysI?is=6AFmB3KRtifJBDeh If you think about the script of this scene, it’s nothing special. Ross said Pivot, Chandler said Shut up. Easy. But they can make it sooo funny, that’s the reason why friends is so popular in the world

Lucy

This episode I only love for the pivot scene - as Chandler's 'shut up , shut up , shut uuuuup!' remark cracks me up every time. And yes the bloopers are so so funny especially Phoebe's laugh OMFG it's so funny!!!!!
