Why is everybody thinks that marriage fix everything? Ross and Emily in Friends, Lorelai and Chris. And now Max? 😔 How long they know each other? Few months? And how long they actually dating? They broke up so many times, they don’t know each other. Why they didn’t enjoy the dating, then start living together.. They don’t know the other person’s plans for life - do they want kids, where they gonna live? I hope Lorelai say no

It's not a typical season ending, as I think they didn't know at the time, whether they were going to be renewed for a second season. So it has one episode less (usually, GG has 22 eps in one season) and ends in a way that could sort of stand alone, if it hadn't been renewed, but thank Goodness it has. :)

I feel like the first three seasons of Gilmore Girls have pretty simple endings; there aren’t any major cliffhangers until the end of season 4. I think it’s a show where big things sometimes happen mid-season or near the end, but not necessarily in the final episode.

Yes the ending in season 1 is pretty ehhh tbh, but hey let's hope you continue watching as it I personally feel the rest of the seasons really make you want more! And yes Max is hot hehe! but I like how he lets her think on it, no rushing, no demands just the fact that he loves her deeply and is serious on the proposal. Eeek I hope we continue xxx

I guess this is commenting on a comment from an old video (you read the comment in this video), but oh well. I also read the Third Gilmore Girl (Kelly Bishop's autobiography - she reads the audiobook herself, highly recommend!), and one of my favorite things I learned from it was that she was in the original cast of A Chorus Line, and one of the verses in At the Ballet was actually written about her. She had a super fascinating life.
