videos not working (update) (Patreon)

I am still working on uploading all the videos from Vimeo to Patreon. I have a 200 hour upload limit for Patreon so I can only upload a certain amount per month. Trust that if I could pay to let them give me more hours I would, but they wont. I have also emailed Vimeo three times now with no repsonce. Today I emailed a new "help" location in Vimeo to try to get my videos back. Within this search I found PROOF that they have been claiming bandwidth coming from me on even the days when all my videos have been shut down. This is a total SCAM and Im FURIOUS! They had turned all my videos on vimeo to private claiming I was over on bandwidth, even though I KNOW I wasn't because I had checked it the month prior. The only responses I have gotten from them all push me towards setting a Sales Call with them to get more bandwidth. I am collecting photos and data to submit to my credit card company because I paid for the highest tier yearly subscription to Vimeo and even though they have forced my videos to private, they are dodging my emails without even a mention of refund or reninstating my account. It has been very frustrating to say the least.Please know that I am doing all that I can. 100%. Even though I was just visiting my brother in Tokyo, I wasn't avoiding loading videos for you. I have paid someone else to upload while I was away. All reactions are being delivered on time.
