BroadwayHD has a good selection of some of the older stage productions and movies, plus the occasional recent ones like Little Women the musical. Older ones I recommend if you haven’t seen them: Billy Eliott the Musical live Putting it together. For Netflix musicals, Diana the Musical is supposed to be absolutely appalling in a so bad it verges on hilarious way. Would probably be good as a drunk watch.

You could do a watch party for *Enchanted* starring Amy Adams. It was released in 2007, so it's not new. However, it would be a great lead-in for the release of *Disenchanted* - the sequel - in November. (The original cast, which includes Idina Menzel and Patrick Dempsey, is returning.) Both via Disney+.
