The episode was a fun one - I liked the music more my second time watching it.

Tobin's song is one of my favourite songs of this season, and made me sad that we didn't get to hear him sing solos all that often! This episode was my turning point in the second season as the first half hit different than the first season (which was all amazing). I think the episodes get better and better starting with this one in terms of giving me all the feels

I am so glad they worte this episode like they did. The mistakes that zoey makes like she meant well but she has those blind spots... Mo and Simon telling their truth. How Danny Michael Davis was deflecting everytime. I never saw that on screen before, that was on point I think.

Zoey sorta reminds me of a few of my friends. They don’t mean any harm, but because it’s not their experience they just don’t and can’t understand. It’s an uncomfortable subject for some people, particularly when they realize they’re part of the problem even if they never thought they were.

To me this episode lands even stronger because of Tobin's solo - we finally get a glimpse of Kapil Talwalkar's amazing voice! - because of who Tobin is, and the way he keeps deflecting and putting his head down, we potentially could have gotten a lot of secret "heart songs" from him, but earlier the show chose to play into his goofiness and shallowness, the only other solo we get from him is when Leaf is ditching him in the previous season, but then - we get this heartfelt moment from him and to me it lands so much stronger because of the absence.. (though I'm sure it wasn't intentional)
