We have started using a higher quality video for glee watch parties and some of you have been having trouble with volume issues. I want to get this fixed asap but I need DETAILS on what’s wrong.

How was the audio on the last TWO watch parties?

What were you using to watch it with? (Headphones, tv,etc)

I watched on my Roku tv. The volume of glee was slightly quieter then a regular volume. And you were a little bit too loud. If you were talking then I couldn’t hear the show.

I've been watching on my phone (samsung galaxy) without headphones and the sound hasn't been bad at all. The only issue is that the volume of the episode is lower than the volume of you speaking. So sometimes when you speak it drowns out the episode a bit. It's not too bad for me but some people seem to be really struggling with it. So I do think it depends on the device. But yeah, the volume of the episode is the issue. It needs to be louder. 😊

I didn't have as much issues with it for the Whitney episode on my phone but still a little bit. This last episode and the Enchanted watch party were really bad while watching on my laptop. I was consistently having to turn the volume up and down because of the difference in the show volume and your volume

I agree, sometimes your audio versus the glee audio is a bit louder, and I could definitely hear your background sounds a lot more in the latest Glee episode. But honestly, it didn't bother me too much! (Watching on Laptop with headphones)

I’ve been casting the episodes from my phone to my tv (AirPlay) and didn’t have any trouble with sound

I haven't seen the newest one yet as I am away visiting family but I had no issues with the Whitney episode and I was on my laptop with headphones. I do hear you over the show when you talk but I don't mind as I watch to see your reactions as I have already seen the episodes a bunch of times and know what happens on the show.

Didn’t notice anything about the audio on episode 17, but I just tried watching episode 18, and I can’t hear the show’s dialogue very well at all. Was going to watch it on the tv, but if I put it loud enough to hear, I’d wake the neighbours 😂 Headphones and my phone, I guess. Update: Don’t think it was as noticeable using headphones. Update 2: Enchanted was even worse through the tv, but still fine through headphones.

I watch on my laptop. Your volume does overpower the volume of the show. I use both my speakers and my headset. Same result.

The audio was fine for me but I was also watching on my television.

The audio on the last two episodes has been fine for me watching with headphones. Like other people said, your sound is a bit louder than the episode, but I think that's fine since I want to be able to hear you clearly over the episode. Just my 2 cents

Personally, for me, the audio has never ever been a problem only on some of your like first few watch parties. The audio wasn’t matching your reaction, but the audio has always been great for me as well as the quality to be honest I’m just really excited to see you watch party. I watch on my iPhone MacBook and iPad and never had any problems.

i notieced that the glee audio is a bit low compered to u. i use head phones.
