Ok I’m just spitballing here but I was thinking if I cut back on some other things I do more, then I could start watching other shows. I’ve started watching the Witcher again and I LOVE IT!! I’ve forgotten so much from when I first watched it ( yes it’s my special talent) and it’s now actually making way more sense 😂

So I was thinking maybe I would start a whole other Patreon. I’m saying this because I feel like if I brought in the crowd from Witcher or let’s say Lucifer, then we would lose our Queer Friendly community here.

I would create a new Patreon depending on the crowd that follows that show. Like a Sci Fi channel with Witcher, Dr Who, Lucifer, etc. Then Danny would have his Anime channel.

I don’t know if it’s wise to split them up because it would involve some people paying three times for three channels.

I would like to freely expand my watch party channel. What do you think I should do?

If you do please watched Charmed (Original)... Preferably 3 episodes a week because it's got almost 200 episodes.

Lucario Stormblade007

Why would you lose the LGBTQIA community with “Lucifer”? I mean, Tom Ellis is daddy, and the character is Bi anyway, so that should bring that community in. Also, some of the guys also find Henry Cavill hot.

Lynn

you should totally expand to sci-fi! for selfish reasons i’d advise you to keep it on this patreon account but it really is up to you…

Siobhan Linehan

I honestly think you should keep it all here. Lucifer is too dark for me but I hear it has great LGBT+ content. And Doctor Who is my second favourite show after Glee and has amazing LGBT+ content, in the last three seasons the main pairing has been two women and they're adorable. And the next actor taking on the role next year is a queer black man. And there's a transgender main character being introduced too. And the Doctor Who fandom is one of the most LGBT+ friendly around, the cast even regularly hold up rainbow flags at comic cons and attend LGBT+ events. It's one of the most inclusive shows out there imo. Sci Fi shows might be very new to some of your Patreons so I understand the worries you have but I know, at least with Doctor Who, that everyone would love it. And I'm sure that goes for Lucifer too and any other Sci Fi show you try. But if you decide that a seperate channel would be better that's fine too.

Jonathan

I’m always good with more watch parties. I’m fine with a separate channel whichever you decide.

Some creators use different tiers for different types of content so if you have someone who just wants to watch those shows, they could just buy into that tier. And you can use the higher paid tiers to give access to more content. That way you wouldn't have to have a whole separate patreon

Jacob

Love that you’re an ally & care about us 🥹

Cody M

I think you should keep it all here. Lucifer is pretty queer friendly and if some annoying person comes here, you can always ban them. I think you could start with some procedural shows and ease people's way into harder shows if you want that. You could ask the community for show suggestions.

AmosRambles

I would suggest keeping the reactions under the one Patreon. You will run out of Glee eventually, and unfortunately we don’t get as many musical series that would likely justify a music tv only Patreon beyond current reactions.

Siobhan Linehan

Just a little FYI though, like I said in my above comment, Lucifer is a dark show. With quite a lot of blood and death. There are like tiers of Sci Fi shows. Some are family friendly like Doctor Who, Timeless, Legends Of Tomorrow etc. But then with some others like Lucifer, Arrow, The Walking Dead etc I'd suggest adding trigger warnings to. You haven't had to worry about this sort of content with shows like Glee and Zoeys. But I know I'm very sensitive to dark content due to my anxiety disorder and I've seen a lot of other people on your Patreon talking about mental health issues that they have. So trigger warnings might be something to consider with some Sci Fi shows. 😊

Gigi

Please just have one patreon lol. Other creators usually post multiple shows on different days (on youtube as well as their Patreon).

Senequa Bailey

I am queer and I love syfy and have watched and loved all the shows you mentioned. ❤️

Lenajah Madison

i think you should just keep the one patreon for finance reasons and i dont necessarily think lucifer and witcher would drive your lgbtq+ fans away i mean especially lucifer its really inclusive

Glen M BELLINGER

I agree with everybody. Keep it to one. Also Charmed the original was a great show.

Iyana Taylor

I think you should also watch switched at birth or the good doctor

SlytherinSeph

Take it from this gay teen, Henry Cavill in the Witcher is DEF a queer friendly show haha.

beth

I’d just put it all in one channel but make sure videos are tagged for easy access. I’m pretty sure you can do multiple tags (e.g. #glee #musical)

Natasha Medina

I’d personally keep it in one patreon but just add a trigger warning for any of the darker shows. Lucifer is AMAZING!!! I would pay a ton to watch you see every season because it is absolutely fantastic and so beautifully done. Doctor Who is wonderful too! I would also suggest game of thrones and stranger things if you haven’t seen them yet. No matter what I’m staying ❤️❤️❤️

Jericko Santos

Can we react to some animation movies, like Sing and Sing 2? They are really good.

Heather

I see no reason it can’t be in one place, tbh. I personally would watch all of the things, too, but subscribing to one patreon is a splurge for me, as it is. No way I could do more than one. I know that’s not your problem, but I don’t know how feasible it is to expect many people to justify paying for multiple shows from one reactor.

M Russell

Lucifer is awesome and is pretty queer actually, I don’t want to spoil something but yeah it is very lgbtq+ and one of those rare shows where the pilot is like the weakest ep of the series and the seasons get better and better!!👍🏾

Elizabeth

I would put it on one channel and just tag everything. You could also just create another tier to this channel that’s a little more so if patrons want access to the extra shows, they can pay a little more for access to that content.

Capri Zonica

You could have everything in the same Patreon just different tiers. What about movies? Series are much more time consuming.

Is being LGBTQ+ welcoming/affirming and loving sci-fi mutually exclusive? I am personally not a member of the queer community, but have learned a lot about it from watching Jessi Gender's channel - which I found through my love for Star Trek... I found that I naturally steer clear of media that exhibit offensive, racist or homophobic view points because I simply don't enjoy seeing it portrayed in a positive light. I know that a lot of genres and franchises usually have a specific fandom that they attract, but does that mean that they will automatically jump to this community or that they are THAT bad? At the end of the day, this isn't just going to be "the X Show fan club", it's going to be the "Audrey + X Show" fan club..

Ashtara Levin

I will say this, and I post it separately since it is a major point for me - as much as I enjoy being a part of this community, I am a tier 1 member of it - because that is what I can afford.

Senequa Bailey

I agree Ashtara I would hope that my fellow lgbtq+ members would not object to having non lgbtq+ material being added. Afterall, haven't we fought hard for inclusion.

Senequa Bailey

Therefore I am not for excluding as long as it is not derogatory toward race, sexuality, etc.

dville

I think if you are enjoying a show and want to do a reaction, then go for it. If it doesn’t work out, it’s ok. Your followers will trust your judgment. The scifi genre can be fun. Maybe some I’d suggest are Doctor Who and The 100. Fantasy shows: Charmed and The Vampire Diaries. It’s a lot and it could be hit or miss but whatever you do, do it because you like to do it. Best of luck! Happy New Year!

Lai

well they r free to not watch those reactions/watch parties with u.

Quoofle

I don't see why not posting them on here!

Moscato Debs

I am going to echo a few others on here and say I was a fan of the original Charmed series and would love to see that reaction! Also going to echo that I agree everything should stay on this patreon, just different tiers! I love that you are trying to bring us more content and want our opinion on how to do that/what kinds of content to bring! Thank you for thinking of us and valuing our opinions! You're the best! Excited to watch more shows with you!

Jasmine Nicholson

Lucifer is a realllyy good choice and very lgbtq+ friendly ifykyk. I would love to see you react to it it’s so goood.

Basya Gross

I don't know if it's your kind of thing, but it would be really fun to see you react to What We Do In the Shadows tv show. It's really funny and kind of sweet

Triana

You should be able to freely expand your content the way you wish. As someone said before, everyone is free to watch or not watch the shows they are or aren't interested in. It's not like you put a gun on our heads to follow you hehe, we love you either way :)

Jordan Bester

I would love to see some sci-if stuff on here. Personally I’m OBSESSED with Lucifer and The Witcher. I tried to get into Dr. Who but it wasn’t really interesting to me but maybe it because I was watching it by myself. I wasn’t into Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist the first time around but I love it now that I got to do the watch parties with you!

WizWheezes

You should watch The Prom on Netflix! Meryl Streep being a drama queen

Tara Weaver

I don’t think it’s an issue to keep it on the same one since people don’t have to watch it. I have never watched Zoeys playlist, so when i see your reactions i just skip them. If peeps want to watch they can, but they aren’t forced to

Dylan Appis

You should watch the original charmed with us
