Annie Willow

This is definitely one of my favorite Rachel solos. Darren knocked it out of the park with this song and Lea really did a phenomenal job with the emotional delivery without going over the top like she tended to do in earlier seasons. It’s really hard for me not to cry with this one, it’s just so special.

i don’t think this is a spoiler to say but after cory’s death i don’t think glee would ever kill off an important character of the show like that is overkill they wouldn’t be cruel like that imo

This song! Man, she is an angel! Hands down one of my favourite songs in all the seasons of Glee. Audrey, thank you! Thank you for helping me appreciate Lea’s voice. I feel so lucky to have found you. No, that isn’t Coach Beist.

Jay Johnston

Coach Beiste did not die, that's Will's old glee club director. Also as your editor said in the video it is an original that was written by Darren Criss for the last episode of Glee. Season 6 actually has 2 songs written by Darren, this one and one called Rise

Also something that was revealed on Jenna and Kevin's podcast is that picture is actually an old casting director's photo

i cry everytime i watch this😭lea is so damn good and darren with his original songs always kills me…this was also emmy nominated and they sang it every night when they were on tour together, and their duet version of this song is to die for!

Erin

This is one of my favorite Rachel soloes. I think Darren did such a good job with the song and Lea of course also.

Wayne Joy

This was an original song written by Darren Criss because Lea was taking too long to pick a lost solo for Rachel to sing. Darren often has modulation in his songs. The woman in the photo was Will's old choir director who can only be seen in the pilot and in the opening of the episode that this song appears in. The following is a live performance of this song performed by Lea and Darren, before performing they talk about how the song was written. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wqmeCKijD4

Please don’t suggest ending or spoiler numbers to her :(

Suzy Differ

You can't say what's gonna happen. Let her think what she wants it's more fun that way. OK someone ruined it by telling us what season it is from. Who dies and doesn't die. Stop spoiling it for us. OK there I've had my say and I feel better.

Kenyatta (KD) Smith

I'm not sure what songs are next on your list but I'd like to suggest a few options: Alfie - Santana The Final Countdown - Sue/Schue No One is Alone Don't Stop Believing S1 vs. S5 You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman - Mercedes

Jennifer Adame

Darren killed this song so hard! Every time - and I mean EVERY TIME I hear it I cry a little. It's so awesome he got to do that - and even got nominated for an Emmy for it I think?

Alex Rogner

I love this song! I was so happy when you reacted to it! I think it's my favorite Rachel solo.
