🦆 But yeah yo BPD can be a bitch and a half lol, and so is being burdened by expectations from other creators. I'd totally get if you don't want to talk it out in comments, but have you ever heard of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)? It's supposed to be really good for managing the rougher sides of BPD. There can be a beauty to that "condition", because you do feel things so strongly/vividly, and especially as an artist a lot of greatness can come from those highs. The flip side, unfortunately, is that there can be a lot that's hard to handle, not always for the best, but I'm sure you know that better than I do. And fuck yeah you can never sleep on circuses lmao. Glad you had a good time out there. I think vlogs like this are solid Patron content, if you feel good about doing them.

🦆🦆Thanks for the BTS look into your life.Adhd meds are only half of the equation, I also have it and meds+therapy can be a game changer.

Ya it’s really hard to deal with but I agree it definitely makes me feel everything much deeper and I’ve learned to use that as my strength 🥰 I’ve done dbt only for a few sessions but stopped going cause I didn’t like him but most therapist don’t even take patients with bpd :/ and my insurance doesn’t cover the ones that actually focus on bpd and dbt 💔 Ive been doing cbt for 3 years ish now and work on my dbt workbook as much as I can! thank you for your comment I really appreciate that you know a bit about bpd and the positive side of it 🫶🏻✨
