ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is comparable to a cozy sensation evoked by specific sounds called ASMR triggers. These triggers range from auditory cues like whispering or tapping to visual stimuli such as gentle movements or close-up shots. While the ASMR experience varies from person to person, not everyone may experience the tingling sensation triggered by these stimuli. Nevertheless, many find ASMR content to be relaxing, calming, and enjoyable, sometimes even inducing sleepiness. Basically, my goal is to help you relax, sleep, and hopefully provide a bit of entertainment along the way 💛 if you are struggling please call: - 988 (SI crisis line) asmr, asmr video, mic scratching, asmr mic scratching, asmr mic brushing, mic brushing, personal attention asmr, asmr personal attention, personal attention, asmr for sleep, asmr video, asmr whisper, asmr whispers, asmr whispering, asmr positive affirmations, positive affirmations, asmr for relaxing, asmr water globes, asmr scratching, asmr scratching sounds, sleep, sleepy, sleepy sab, sleepy sab asmr, first asmr video, asmr sleepy #mantasleep #asmr #asmrmicscratching
