I just joined. Where do I start 🤔

Thank you for getting back with me so quickly. This helps a lot you are the man. I really like your tip on painting paper with Sherlock. It was elementary. I meant to say shellac. Do you have a demo of you painting on shellaced paper?

Hello, Ken, thanks so much for all of these wonderful lessons, for your passion, and sharing your knowledge! It's all been very helpful! Hopefully, this comment section is an ok place to ask questions (I'm still learning my way around here.). I wondered if you had a lesson that covers how you're able to decrease a hue's value that's already very light to begin with out of the tube, like a cadmium yellow, without decreasing its chroma at all? Is this topic discussed somewhere specifically, and if so, could you point me to the lesson that covers this? Thanks in advance and for your time!

Gail Franklin

hey Ken, I just joined. Will you have classes on painting facial features and then putting it all together? thanks

Gail Franklin

also wanted to ask you if you have considered a mentorship program with corrections and short assignments to help artists stay on the right track with their work. thanks

Vidhi

Hi Ken, could you please make lessons on how to make quick finished drawings when visiting galleries or travelling. Thankyou :)

Gail Franklin

I’m looking for the video of where you mixed 5 rows across. Gray from light to dark on one side and transparent oxide red on the other and then mixed between them. The result in black and white was all the same value in rows? I can’t find it. Please help. Thanks

Elaine Peltier

I'm loving the value workshop. A lightbulb went off in my head. How do I get a heat map tool to apply to my own reference photos? Thanks

Moe

Thank you for putting all this together. It will be a treasure for the newbie like me to learn from scratch instead of jumping with painting. Really loving your explanations. Good job !!!

Hi Ken, I enjoyed your Light&Shadow series very much. It may help you and your students to know that haltadefinizione.com has very very high resolution pictures of masterworks..

Bonnie

Hi Ken, I’ve looked over all the classes and I don’t see any of them with the title COLOR THEORH.

Bonnie

Title theory I meant

Wilco Vogelaar

Hi Ken. I thought you had designed different paths for painting and dry medium… ?

Soheila

I have just joined your Patreon page and am excited to participate in the workshops and devour all the information you have presented on Patreon. You came highly recommended by a painting friend of mine. I tried joining your Discord group but a pop up tells me that the link has expired. I’ve tried the link by typing it into the page inside the Patreon app which has a space to type in the invite link. I’ve also tried typing it into Safari on my iPad and my phone but I get the same type message. I hate to bother you with this but I’d love to join the group. I am already a member of another group on Discord and have never had a problem getting access to the group on a my devices. Any help would be appreciated when you get a minute. Thanks in advance. 😊

Thank you so much Ken! It worked perfectly 🙏🏻

Hello! I have trouble joining Discord with the links you have provided. Is it ok if you generate a new one? :-)

Sheryl Boivin

I joined but do not understand Discord. I am not sure what to do with it?
