As a Content Creator, I've kept my Audios Shorter and scripted (20 or so minutes) to keep quality high. Other Asmr Creators however, Make Content that is less scripted and more Improvised which makes it easier for them to put out 40+ min audios (sometimes just called ramblefap's) however these can be a bit more rough with less editing/storytelling.

I think keeping mostly with your style of high quality is good. But as far as discoverability if I'm looking for new audio it's either a subject or genre, or it's length to assist with getting some sleep. So having a few longer rambly esq audios in your portfolio might help draw in more people. But ultimately keep being awesome is my vote.
