With all due respect to the audiophiles, I had to wait for the video because it's double the "fun"! (such a weird word to use here)

Alison Barber

What a lovely person full respect to you Jacob 🙌

Saeed M

31:30 This was like a slap to the face to my younger self, who believed that Zionism and Judaism are the same thing! 💔

Trish R

I’ve loved Jacob’s comedy but this interview really shows a full 360 of who he is w regard to his advocacy. What a wonderful perk for us Patrons! Also I used to live amongst the Bhukarians in Queens - look up “ugliest houses in queens, bhukarians” for some insight if anyone’s interested.

Amy Immermann

First, I decided to join your Patreon. I have listened to you from the beginning. I actually joined today because I needed to see the woman live and the crowd in Israel, and boy was I not disappointed. Big red microphone, Black T-shirt with two swords crossed over prominently being shown to all of us and her performance. It’s like a Trump rally on steroids. I think it’s unbelievable of how or what they have become. I am not Jewish, but all my clients are and the signs in the Chicagoland area are all over the place in the North Shore stating we support Israel I flip off the signs every day.

Dave

Jacob is such a lovely guy and a wonderful soul!🫶Thanks for the interview.

Kat

Isn't bezelale one of the other names for beezelbub? p.s. I realize I'm not watching this live

Crystal Sharadin

This bonus episode was awesome! Jacob and Daniel's discussion was stellar, and the K-now Your K-nesset Members was a great segment!

CurtyTES

Grateful Daniel talked about the way Israelis talk and the hebrew translation nuances. I've been wondering the same thing. It's such bizarre syntax and phrasing.

Joel Instone

"Its okay because I am myself a Jewish" oohhhh this made me smile 😆

Thomas Swords

Jacob Berger is “what if Michael Rapaport but good?”

Ng12345

If only everyone had a Daniel Mate as a bestie, the world would be a better place. Matt is great too.

Carol

I really enjoyed listening to this, been watching Jacob online and the horrible shit happening around the protests there, I feel fellowship for the crying also. Getting daily updates on the slaughter is excruciating and it feels like I'm living in the twilight zone when people around me seem to be unaffected, agnostic, when it brings me to tears every day. If someone made a movie before Oct where baby parts and children with shredded bodies were being put into body bags every day, it would have been banned, too horrific, unimaginable, but we see it every day online,

Rhonda

I’ve seen Jacob Berger at at least 2-3 rallies in NY. He’s shown himself to be a true principled comrade with a real commitment to Palestine, and this podcast just gave me that much more respect for him. 🫡

Grey

Oh man. He started crying and then I started crying. This podcast is actually so important because even though there are silly moments, just feeling not crazy for an hour and a half means so much rn 😭💗🙏

Arie

This is why we need this podcast because no one is just saying the terrible thing aloud. When I’m just boiling about how we’re failing Palestine, it’s aggravating to see no one boiling too. Those tears are normal. Carrying on as if it’s not happening isn’t.

Mariam Sughayer

Jacob I am crying with you. You are a mensch. Love, your Palestinian friend. ❤️

A G

Regime change and deradicalise, been saying that for like 6 months. To myself. And a huge international protection force for the Palestinians for the next 30 years, during the deprogramming of the insanity

A John

Are they using "Nakba" as if it's the name of a terrorist group? Like they've taken the name of their ethnic cleansing and weaponized it?? Or is it a Hebrew word that I'm not familiar with? UPDATE: they're not saying Nakba, they're saying Nukhba, which is apparently an Arabic word meaning "elite" and refers to an elite division of Hamas' military wing. نخبة / נח'בה

Odysseas Ladopoulos

That was so touching. I can really relate to the grief just fucking sneaking up and overwhelming you. Happens to me too. Sometimes it's just too fucking much how awful this shit is. We say we laugh to keep from crying, but sometimes you have to cry too. If a revolutionary is driven by love, then how can you not cry with such heartbreak? I'll tell you one thing. The love displayed here makes me feel less alone. So thanks for that. Also, critical support for interrupting. What is a revolution but an interruption of the unacceptable status quo?

Elspeth Brown

I find myself crying at the smallest things right now. It's never when I see the horror, it's later when I see the personal joy of life (nicknames, favourite food, etc). I deeply feel the disconnect between the vibrancy of Palestinian individuals and the horror of Israeli violence on them.

LeeNYC

Agree Daniel--time for Israel to take a hit

LeeNYC

Actually, target the prime minister's residence

Lisa P

Jacob is so inspiring. He’s all in without ego and without hesitation to disrupt the status quo and confront the liars and propagandists. Respect.

Will Eizlini

incredible episode. Very moving interview. and then the whole section with just matt and daniel was really stellar. Funny as hell. the ending when you talk about wanting israel to get it even though you know people there that are doing good work was so helpful, so incredibly helpful. I am not insane!

Sarah Alanis

I looooooooooved watching this guest, Jacob Berger, so I decided it's finally time to join your patreon. PLEASE bring him back on!

C. Darius

Great work, guys! As a West Asian (with an Iranian Jewish background) your honesty really moved me. I know my roots are in Iran. Palestine does not belong to any of my ancestors who converted to Judaism long ago. However, I am very sure had I arrived as a considerate guest, I would be warmly welcomed. Let's be logical about the situation, with some humour, care and some tears to make the message spread a little easier. Much love!

Cory

I'm consuming all this news and content and feeling bad about it and keeping it together and laughing and then every once in a while this huge brief sob will come seemingly out of nowhere. I'm grateful to Jacob for letting me see that other people are going through the same thing.

Siobhan E

I’m so glad Jacob exists!

Avril

I’m not on TikTok; can you tell Jacob how much I appreciated his passion and his vulnerability. Matt and Daniel’s gallows humour has been keeping me sane, but Jacob’s breakdown is also how I have been feeling - the utter disbelief that we are watching the mutilated bodies of babies and children in real time. That the people who are considered victims in this situation are the western Zionists, and those opposed to genocide are the evil antisemites, just confounds me.

Cory

That woman is a fucking psychopath wow. I've watched this before but holy shit.

Mohsin Rao

El Podcast Maximooooooooooooo Moralistoooooo as Daniel would say!

Mason Pew

Ok forgive me but IRF actually stands for Israeli Retreating Force
