Matt ffs - get on Blis K12 oral probiotics and use nasal spray like Biosure or Viraleze helps reduce whatever it is reproducing and oral probiotics seem to help prevent and if you do get sick recover so much faster.

Brief wierd comment. Gabor was my family doctor in East Vancouver until he left his family practice. He was the reason my mum (thankfully) got my brother and I vaccinated, he was kind enough to sit down with her for a half hour or so answering her questions to help her deal with her anxieties. Love the show

Dr. Maté remains annoyingly wrong about the etiology of ADHD but nobody's perfect I guess. Enjoyed the episode a lot. Glad he found the time to join you guys. I love the "my best friend brought his awesome dad" energy that Matt radiates in this episode.

It has taken me until now to listen to this whole episode. The vibe was fam love all around. As someone who spent over 20 years involved in a fundamentalist christian church, I really identified with the sadness of letting go of all the beautiful feelings associated with belonging to a group filled with enthusiasm for a vision. Yes, the singing, the human connection, the understanding that you have a place with people who have your back. I walked away, as I had to, as you (Daniel and Gabor) had to, and I have no regrets, but the sadness and nostalgia lingers. Thanks for such a great episode.
