"He's a clown, that Jesse Brown" is an opportunity. I hope you guys have seized finally. It's especially apt because of that line " why is everybody always picking on me?"

While i understand it's nice hearing Tucker say things others won't, remember he's just a voice of the .1%. By the logic in his defense, there's zero reason to not say Nick Fuentes is a voice that should be lifted as well. He has an even bigger audience, and has been more correct about Israel, for longer than Carlson. But, Fuentes, in no way, should be taken as a vocal leader, why is Tucker?

Rob and Margo

Exactly!! I don’t think we need to hand it to Tucker just because we agree with him. He’s a bigot and I don’t believe for a second he actually cares about Palestine and Palestinians

Lindz

Yes. The minimization of folks views, who have very good reason to have zero trust in him, as whiny or coastal elites or atheist left, when in reality many of us hold multiple marginalized identities that Tucker wants dead or disappeared, is hard to hear. Many of us are people who have spent years surviving in conservative enclaves you might call Carlson country. Do I hope that the people where I'm from take some of what he says about Israel, and Trump on Iran, to heart? Absolutely. Do I know that they're also still following along with the rest of his extremist views and causing serious harm to people in their communities bc he emboldens them? Also absolutely. I don't trust him and don't need to hand it to him. I know Daniel and Matt care about this, but the celebration of one thing Carlson has done right, vs his almost total awfulness, is starting to feel really disproportionate. And it's hard to hear two people I respect a lot talking about me like I'm stupid bc I feel this way.

Ronin Fredricson

Yeah... I'm not really onboard for all that. I'm not ANGRY with them about it, I know they're not suddenly gonna be Tucker-heads or whatever and it's obviously it's GOOD if he has a positive influence FOR ONCE in his life. I see where they'te coming from but idk... I'm just not convinced he won't find a way to make it even worse somehow.
