can confirm Matt's point at 1:29. i grew up around white jellicles and heard plenty of their israel talk. the thing about those movements is that they are brutally christian-supremacist so the "nice" things they say about compliant Jewish people have this deeeeeep condescension built in. if you listen very closely you can hear them fantasizing about where unconverted Jews are going to go while they themselves are floating up to heaven. Eurregretting 2026 was a very different flavor that came across more like "paid sub"

I say famous but I think it's a little bit generational and I myself knew about and have always liked Miriam Margolyes and Alexei Sayle from a range of British comedy series. Michael Rosen I must confess I hadn't heard of until now.
