And I think that has to do with the decades-long proliferation of the internet, despite all of the efforts of the tech oligarchy, of late, to muddy the information waters I’ve been ruminating on this a LOT lately As an “elder-cusp-millennial,” who was early for my small portion of my generation to gain access to the internet, I’ve been VERY online for a VERY long time, and have seen a lot of ebb and flow in terms of internet culture And I really think the tech-bro non-consensual AI dump we’re all experiencing is a knee-jerk reaction to the proletariat gaining more access to information. I don’t have proof, I’m not a researcher, I’m going off decades of vibes and anecdotes, and maybe I’ve even just been driven crazy by the internet itself But I think we win in the end. I think this entire implosion of the boomer/hyper-rich class (bc some of them latter ones are young and dumb and full of cum) is a reaction to the concept of a whole lot of us poors becoming more educated Gotta tamp that down as hard as possible But human sparks never fully go out
