Replacing the star of david in the israel flag with a swastika might indeed not offend many people, in austria, and germany it would be a criminal offense you would loose your job or get kicked out of uni etc. It doesn't matter that two thirds of our population think israel is country of criminal genociders. there are no parties in both our countries which would ever dare to push for any consequences for israel. In austria we have f.e Ariel Muzicant vice president of the int. jewish congress, and interim president of the european jewish congress, of course a real estate billonaire, and right hand man of Ron Lauder.
