Happy Valentine's Day! Today we're announcing a new upcoming yuri game developed by us — My VTuber Rival is Actually Cute?!

Your long-standing VTuber rival is headed to the same convention as you...but wait, she's actually cute IRL?!

Be a rising indie VTuber and finally visit the biggest convention in the industry. But a few drinks too deep into a party, you realize you've actually been hitting it off with your biggest online rival! Will this crash into a scandal, or will true love bloom instead?

First off, the cutie in the banner is Angelilyca, your VTuber rival (and possibly crush?!). She has an angel theme with a strawberry lemonade kind of color scheme for her VTuber persona. I wonder what her IRL version looks like...?

We'll go over her character design (as well as the full look of her outfit) in a future longform post.

Secondly, the character customization! We're using the basis for Witch You Want for it but expanding it a lot — this time, you'll have plenty of outfits to choose from, lots of accessories and hair styles to try, and more, since we're not doing this for a 1 month game jam.

We're currently still adding more options to the customization, but you may recognize the artist for the character customization — it's Myuto! You can see some of Myuto's art already on our Patreon for different games, like this recent Highway Blossoms artwork.

We plan on adding more options to the VTuber creation screen such as wings, horns, and more, since VTuber designs tend to be more fantastical than realistic.
