My VTuber Rival - Character Design Art Contest (Patreon)

As part of our ongoing Kickstarter campaign for My VTuber Rival is Actually Cute?!, we're doing a art design contest for the character customization! The game currently allows you a variety of options for customizing your character, but for the full game we want even more—and that's where you come in.

Rules:

Design and draw 1 item (hair, dress, jacket, accessory, etc) over the base above (also downloadable below).

Upload your image to Bluesky or Twitter using #vtuberyuricontest or in our Discord server in the #vtuber-rival-contest channel before October 11th at 12PM (midnight) central.

If it isn't tagged directly on the post, we won't be able to see it.

Winners will be chosen by us, as well as 1 winner from social media and 1 winner from our Discord server each with the highest amount of engagement by October 14th.

For entries that we pick, we'll be judging based on creativity and the overall idea rather than the artistic skill of the image.

You can also upload a 2nd image that contains additional sketches or drawings of the item, to give more clarification on what it should look like. This is optional. The 1st image should still be the item on a base and nothing else.

Winners will be notified by October 18th and given a free Steam key to the game when it releases as well as having their item added in the full game.

Multiple submissions are allowed, but please make them separate posts. Each item should be its own submission & post.

Any item you submit should be something not tied to IPs or someone else's property that you don't have permission to use. Don't try submitting your oshi's very specific dress design.

We will not accept any submissions created or assisted via generative AI. MS Paint is perfectly fine if you don't have drawing skills.
