I have an idea for another "Back to her Roots". A hot Cheerleader is transformed into her primal ancestor of viking age. Instead of perfect manicured nails, and a slim body. She have after the transformation the body of a heavely muscled female warrior. And her vocabulary is no longer civilized.

You could delve further into the ancestor theme and make a sequence which features a grandmother and her granddaughter. The granddaughter could be quite impolite and addicted to her phone. Her grandmother could tell her, that she was way more polite when she was a young woman herself. Then the granddaughter could turn into a young version of her grandmother with her manners adjusted to match the customs of the 50s/60s.
