8-20-26 update: UNOC first two chapters (pilot duo) script and thumbs are DONE!

Question please, for anyone who can answer, author or other readers. I really enjoyed this series, but stopped reading after the 31/05/26 post with all the warnings attached to it. Does this story have a happy ending? Or is it just going to be a painful, trauma filled sad ending. As if so, I would rather stop where I am now, having enjoyed what I have read already, and leave it in my head as an unfinished story. No criticism of the author or the story or the direction it is going in, the characters history it is exploring. I am just...not sure I am in the right place for such a story myself right now if so.

Hi Peter - I haven't posted the final part yet, but I promise that a misery parade ending would not be in character for this comic. However, you may want to wait to read until the entire finale is posted in September.

Thanks for the reply, it's appreciated. I think I'll wait then and try taking a look later in the year. There were a couple bits that did catch me off guard in the story, Jack being reprimanded by the boss for one, so I wasn't entirely sure how it would go. I would definitely want to avoid any form of misery parade!
