Should that be Chapter 12-2X? You usually have 2X related to a chapter like you did with Chapter 8, 10, and 11.

Nope! It's an Act 2 filler, so 2X :) honestly the other fillers aren't supposed to be directly related to plot chapters, although they sometimes end up that way anyway...
