Merry Christmas to you both! 🎄

Saw this notification and it brought a tear to my eye. Totoro is one of my earliest memories as a child and the very first anime I ever watched. It's what gave me my passion for animation. 2024 Christmas is one to remember. 🎅🎄

What a Christmas treat! Thank you and happy winter holidays 🎉🥂 I’m a 90s kid who grew up in Shanghai, China. Back then Ghibli movies were shown in our middle school art class as study material. We all first watched the Taiwanese or Cantonese dubbed version for some reason (maybe because the subbed version wasn’t available at that time). My first Ghibli movie was Princess Mononoke when I was about 10 years old. Last year I finally got the chance to visit the Tokyo Ghibli museum. The tour itself was like a magical journey within the Ghibli world. You can even catch a bus that is decorated as the cat bus in Toronto to get to the museum. Hope you’re going to visit it one day after enjoying and loving more Ghibli movies like the rest of us💛

I saw totoro when I was 10 and my only thought then was how cute and cool it is. Watching it now with you guys makes me appreciate this film on a different level🥹

Love this movie so much! In Japan, this movie is still on air on TV like every two years, and many people watch it every time. I ‘m glad to see Totoro with your reaction. Thank you for heart warming Christmas present😍

First time watching Totoro!! Yay! I've been meaning to watch it eventually, but I am soooo bad at starting new things on my own even if I have an interest in them so I'm glad you guys reacted to it so that I can finally get to watch it. Also same. I didn't know anything about the movie apart from what Totoro looks like and that it's a masterpiece according to Ishikawa Kaito (Kageyama's voice actor).
