Wanted to add that during that drunken speech, Shindo was speaking with a heavy Yamagata dialect (he usually uses standard Japanese), and in Japan, speaking in a dialect you mask on a daily basis usually indicates that person is at ease around you, so that’s one of the added reasons why all the guys were looking as him stunned lol
