We are coming up on the end of our recording for Yuri on Ice, and we need to know what to replace it with!!

I selected a variety of anime of a similar length to Yuri on Ice that are on our recommendations list, so feel free to vote for multiple options if they are speaking to you!

Oh man I'm excited to have Adam sit through some more "Are you crying" moments 😂😂

zglo

I haven't seen the others but school babysitters is literally the cutest and wholesome anime ever.

JujuChonk

I know it's not listed but... Your Lie In April 😭😭

Jeff Grant

I can't wait to see what new shows you guys watch. It's crazy to see where you are at compared to when you just started watching Haikyu

Carni

I don't think enough people know how good ping pong the animation is :(

Carni

The animation style is wild

Kel

The moment I saw Violet Evergarden in the options I was like YES!! It is the ABSOLUTELY PERFECT one for you two to watch! This show made me cry multiple times. I even showed it to my mother and she cried a few times too! This show is about love - all different kinds of love in the world. It’s just simply so beautiful and it hit me so hard. You will 100% enjoy this amazing anime! The animation is one of the best ones as well! The animation company (Kyoto Animation) put in the most effort to this particular one back then, and the art is still one of the best until now. Hope you enjoy it!

Shalini Paul

Yes, I love that show so much and I think Sarah is going to enjoy it! But looks like it’s already losing 😭

britt m

School Babysitters is so cute!!

Stonewall Hackson

Would love to see Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End or HunterXHunter show up on a poll in the future. Went with Violet Evergarden this time though

YSRGAMES

Never heard of any of em. *Spins the wheel* Alright my vote is School Babysitters lol

Desi

Fully second this!

Ale A.

I really enjoyed watching school babysitters🥹is such a wholesome show, if you don’t know any of the shows in the poll vote for it please 😭

Stefano

Ping pong 🏓 is a materpiece

anazpat

i want to suggest hunter x hunter, its not a short anime but the watch is worth it!

Sylvia ZX

Thank you to those who suggested Ping pong🏓 Definitely not for everyone’s taste but really a unique piece of work

Sophie Zhang

omg you guys would love ping pong the characters are *chefs kiss*, it's on par with haikyuu in my book

Sophie Zhang

the timing would be perfectt

Sophie Zhang

I can't wait for the hairstyle commentary

Mio

I want to recommend Frienren: Beyond Journey's End. Super great show😭

Taylor Fong

Ping Pong should happen eventually. I love the insight Sarah and Adam provide as professional athletes and Ping Pong does an admirable job of exploring different approaches to that competitive mind set.

LP

Ping pong for this one, but if you guys are interested in longer anime then I highly, highly recommend Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's got 64 episodes.

Ashley hui

School babysitter is the cutest thing come onnnnn

Peter

it's gotta happen sooner or later, we'll be here when it does!

Sharles Davis Kendy

I hate that all my preferences are weird and never win...

Emmy Reyes

I’m so stuck between Violet Evergarden and School Babysitters

Alexis

I haven’t seen any except Violet Evergarden which I really enjoyed!! So emotional!

Ashley hui

Unfortunately it’s not gonna win against violet 😭😭😭😭

Danny

Justice for bocchi!

A. Saffari

I dont think ping pong will win this round but I hope it stays on the rotation! Not enough people have seen it and it has themes I think will resonate with yall.

k ngac

There is a fantastic sports anime about cycling that I highly recommend "Yowamushi Pedal". I hope you’ll consider adding it to the poll

Kiryu Lee

Voted! I also recommend Orb: On the Movements of the Earth and Natsume's Book of friends for you to add to the recommend list later xD

Terry Kusunoki-Martin

Ping Pong is in the pantheon of all-time great anime. It tackles sport from such a unique perspective, and I hope to see Sarah and Adam give their thoughts on it someday. Looking like it might not win against Violet Evergarden since it's a few years older, but I'm pulling for an upset! I humbly entreat people to consider voting for Ping Pong if you are undecided.

Linh Tran

Guys, Frieren is on their recommendation list but this poll is for the 12-episode/one-cour shows so of course it's not gonna be an option.

xSkoll

Uhh yes 🤩 Although I don't know if it can fit into the 12-episode category since the second season is coming out in April. But it would be interesting to see it on the channel at some point! Let's keep our fingers crossed 🙏🏻

Maria

I hope to see “Summertime Rendering” on another list.

Kim

After you guys are done with demon slayer or death note I would love to see you react to Link Click! It’s a chinese «anime» or Donghua as it’s called! I Think you would enjoy that one. Kind of time travel as one of the main characters can «dive» in to a picture and be in that timeline for 12 hours. Though you should act out everything exactually as it happened or else you might chance things in the future!

Emi

🎶 Hime, hime, hime, suki suki daisuki hime 🎶

Alexa Suarez Cortes

Hey guys, I'd like to recommend some sports anime. They're really good, and I'd love for you to react to them sometime and keep them on your list for future reactions. - Tsurune (Japanese archery), - Bakuten (men's gymnastics), - Love All Play (Badminton), - Ace of Diamond (Baseball), - Ao Ashi (Soccer), - Bluelock (Soccer), - Eyeshield 21 (American football) Thank you so much for such amazing reactions.

Bryce Mutterback

While it's not a sports anime, I feel like you all might really like and appreciate Hibike! Euphonium. It's about a high school concert band who competes against other schools, and it does a fantastic job of dealing with self-doubt, the journey of self-improvement and "finding yourself," and navigating the relationships you build through a shared/team activity. Honestly, it makes me cry because of how real it is haha. It's one of my all-time favorite shows, sitting right beside Haikyuu!!

Sarah

If anyone has anime recommendations, please add them to the pinned message in the Anime channel on Discord!! Thanks!!

Javier Vazquez

ping pong is such a beautiful story I know you guys would appreciate

reihasgau

I would second Tsurune, Ace of Diamond and Ao Ashi. I loved all of them.

Shalini Paul

I don’t think it’s going to win, but it’s such a feel good anime that I would love to watch them react to it 😩😭

Nancy Gautier

Tsurune being the same length as Run with the wind would be a good replacement there. Ace of Diamond is my all time favourite, I know it's super long but it's so worth it! Especially with the 4th season coming.

slowchem

seeing them enjoy Death Note that has lots of twist and shock factor, hope they consider mainstream ones like Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Attack on Titan, Code Geass, etc... though might require 2-3 episodes a week as they are a long series... maybe after Haikyuu or Demon Slayer I guess?

detmetrius demarcus bartolomew james III jr

although I heard ping pong is a terrific sports anime. i feel like you guys have seen a little too many. im not really sure what 3/4 other shows are. but violet evergarden is an interesting show with beautiful visuals

Jasmine Huynh

Second this. Link Click is markedly underrated and deserves more attention.

Lanny Yeh

omg can't wait for you to watch violet evergarden

Brayden Ivy

IS there a chance for blue lock? It's very popular, also a sports anime, and has some extreme concepts that would be great content

Noya's Bestboiii

For real? Ahhh to ne able to watch Aot for the 1st time

Noya's Bestboiii

A little bit out there, but Carole and Tuesday. It's a music themed anime, a lot of real life artist reference. The only thing is that copyright might be an issue for there are load of songs

Neko Cat

When is coming???? I’m dying to know 🥺
