So there are two total notebooks that humans currently have access to in the show. There's the notebook that originally belonged to Rem and was picked up by Light after her death, and there's the notebook that originally belonged to Gelus that Rem gave to Misa. The notebook Ryuk dropped originally was returned to Sidoh a few episodes ago, leaving only two notebooks in the human world. One of the notebooks was sent to the Task Force by "Kira" so that Light's dad could make the eye deal with Ryuk. This is when Near noticed that Kira was unusually cooperative with the Task Force and nudged him towards suspecting L/Light. The second notebook was with Misa and was sent to Teru Mikami as part of Light's plan to shake suspicion from him. There's no other notebooks in play. The Task Force have since kept the notebook they were sent by "Kira" under lock and key and it isn't currently being used by anyone, but Light is its "owner".
