JJ is so over the top is hard to like him, but I always get emotional when this happens because of the fans. They're so dedicated, and so heartbroken for him. I tear up for them more than I tear up for JJ, lol I do think Yurio has a lot of expectations for himself, and from others. He's an up and coming star and Victor's de facto successor... I'm pretty sure everyone expects him to do very well and he knows it. And yes, that cliffhanger is A LOT

Two episodes before, he was asking Victor to coach him forever and then he goes and pulls this on us?!?!

I know. I think it comes from two different places. 2 episodes ago it was personal, due to their relationship. The way Victor answers as well is clearly emotional and so sweet. This one now feels different. Like, is it me or there was additional tension throughout the episode? Not just the competition's. I can't believe it's almost over... How have twelve weeks gone by already!!!
