Great first scene. I love the little dynamic between Fan Vem and Shirou about a parents feelings towards their children. I can already tell they are going to be friends, or at least as close as friends can be between two ancestors. Still can’t believe this story is coming to an end though. I unfortunately can’t say I’ve been here since the beginning, (I started reading this story during the kangaroo court after the grail war), but your story is what got me hooked on reading FanFiction and other stories like this. It’s sad that it’s soon going to come to an end, but it was an incredible journey none the less. I know it’s a long shot as you have other stories currently still being written, such as GAIWP and TTRT, but I hope you do a sequel of this amazing story. Either featuring the events of FGO or the Snowfield holy grail war. Either way keep up the good work and I can’t wait for the full release of this chapter and the conclusion of From Fake Dreams.
