I am a non-music nerd, but a massive nerd nonetheless so I really love those breakdowns, the only thing that was missing was actually hearing your breakdown of the song since I could barely hear your voice because of the high volume of the music. 😂 But like some others here, I would love to see you guys do a 'DVD' commentary like you did for the first songwriting challenge, loved the friendly banter you guys had going on - it was hilarious.

I hope your back is ok? I have to have caudal epidurals in my lower back to relieve the pain and inflammation of some slipped discs, not a fun procedure but worth it. Acupuncture and hydrotherapy are worth trying if you haven't already. Xx
