Hey Patreon gang,

Thought I'd answer anything that's been on your minds recently! We're gearing up towards getting the new channels off the ground, I'm working on music, Jonas is smelly... So yeah let me know what you want more clarity on, whether about upcoming content or otherwise! QUESTION TIME

I have been trying to sent you over some links to some of my video ideas, suggestions but I have no idea if they're even went thru to you, also that I'm kinda scared about that coz I feel like if you do or did ended up seeing, doing my video ideas it'll be weird lol idk really how to explain it on typing lol But basically what I have suggested to you was some music to react to, and also non music related videos but some of the non related ones I'm kinda iffy on it coz i don't know if you're interested in it or you'll judge me on my suggestions or something idk my mind is gone crazy maybe. Will you be making more of those in-depth detailed videos for your songs that you're working on. Kinda like what you've done to your song So Selfish. I wished that you had recorded the making process for the Don't Know What I'm Doing when you Twitch streamed few days ago. Yes music nerd here , I love knowing and learning more about how to piece and put together your music to your songs that you made and slip ups and bloopers or wrong keys , etc. Those are what makes the musical technique so magical okay I'm done now haha If ya know what I'm saying. If this makes any sense to you. I can't tlreally describe myself as an musical artist, songwriter on words on typing but in person I can talk it all out , you get what I mean? @Roomie

What we can see is that there's different audiences looking for different things. My favorite part of the audience are into everything, and the songwriting videos in particular. The more casual part of the audience are mainly into the commentary stuff. I love them as well, but they're more of a mistress while the people who like it all are my main baes

I want a comfortable life, feeling like I've made great art, and I want to make a difference in peoples lives, both personally and with my carreer. I've been focusing a lot on community recently, people have gotten more lonely with technology and I want to help connect people somehow, and be helpful. With music as well, I don't just want to be whining forever in music lol so once this batch of music is done I wanna make music with healthy messaging for a bit, I don't see that done a lot

Yes! But I've had to kinda scale back on it a little bit recently. It's not super healthy to be close friends with employees always, because sometimes you have to make decisions for the company that aren't in their interest. As much as I love Rikard as a friend, I realized I didn't want to live with him or any other employee anymore and he now has his own place. It just blurs the line too much ya know. But I always try to treat everyone who works for me with as much respect and love as possible. Do I always do a perfect job? Nope. But all we can do it try right? :)

Wouldn’t it have been better if you postponed the launch of the channels for next year and maximise the audience and revenue from videos at the end of the year? For us it is pretty much the same, we will watch content wherever you put it, but for you it would be more profitable if I understand the monetisation and algorithm correctly.

Joel, if I may I have three questions at this time. The first, do you agree love is more, so much more than we first think of as a word, an expression, and a feeling? Second you have said you prefer synthetic instruments to real. Yet, I believe that real are more sensual, romantic, and an expression of love. Is the way real instruments can fluctuate their volume a bother? I know for me noise fluctuations can give me headaches....is that the same for you? Third, I've heard you side comment on the emotional aspect of songs, music. Can you agree that all art relies on expressing love, especially music(songs) ?
