Glad you found Aziz as a friend, always good to have a friend in a foreign place like Bizerte, Tunisia. A very different place from most other places that Pickle crew has travel before. Enjoyed your tour of the old part of Bizerte & your conversations with your new friend, Aziz. And the video.

Our of respect for the local culture, should you and Beau have your head' covered? The video shows all the other women wearing scarves on their heads. Did you check with a local that you were exempt because you are tourists?

I mixed with loads of women who don’t cover their heads, in fact a lot of women in Tunisia just wear western clothing, there is a mix of both, and they are very relaxed and excepting of each other. But yes I did check clothing and what I should and shouldn’t cover as a priority when u first arrived as I have travelled in Muslim countries before 👍

Aziz is a really great guy! He actually helped us out with contacts and stuff while we were there, it’s so lovely meeting such wonderful people in different parts of the world. 👍
