Torn between the first and third options, ended up picking the third I don't know that I'd have the heart to do it, rather be selfish and keep them all to myself despite the consequences

This was hard. The first one: I know it was his wishes but I am too soft and my hearts too big and I just could never do that. I feel bad for not giving him what he’d wanted us to do, but I couldn’t. The second one is tricky: Cause there’s a chance that he’s so set on not hurting us that he’d retain himself and won’t. But then there’s a chance that the curse takes over him wholly and then there’s problems. Like him hurting us even though he doesn’t want to. The third one: It’s smartest. Because if he does get taken over wholly, he’d be confined and chained. But there’s also a chance that the curse could empower him and he breaks them. Or there’s a chance he retains himself and it goes one of two ways. 1)He’s proud that we did something that kept us safe from the curse coursing through him. Or 2)He’s furious and not himself. Or..just thought of a third..3) He’s upset we didn’t do what he wanted and put ourself in harms way. I chose three. Cause I don’t want to hurt him. But also in case he’s not himself, he’ll be tied down even if for only a moment. But also, what if he’s not and he harms himself because he wants to protect us. I just thoroughly thought about it all and that’s the best one for me outta the three. Also, he’s hurting my heart. He’s so precious and sweet. Poor baby. I hope he’ll be okay.
