yeah ima hold my L and take the hate dawg and skip the rest..... I cant see myself sitting up here watching 3hrs + more of Johto. ITS SO UNINTERESTING😭Those last 3 gym battles was kinda hard to sit through. No point in forcing myself

before you guys say "YoUre jUsT HaTINg", just compare my D&P reactions to this . All love for Johto fans but this is just not for me

Next will be Advanced next week🫣DP STREAM IS STILL ON FOR THE WEEKEND

Wish I could give advice since I’m currently watching this season for the first time separately. Master Quest is definitely the only somewhat decent season in this garbage region. Indigo League season (not the League arc itself) and this are the only passable seasons). The Lugia arc, League, final stretch and one of two other mini arcs are the only things worth watching. Don’t wanna press, but I do at least want you to check those out, especially the League. But yeah, this region is by far the worst and you can definitely tell this was before they knew how to make interesting non-gym episodes and actually decent story arcs and you can see how far they came with DP, XY, SM, even BW has its moments

that's why I did say skip Johto from the start and probably the first half of advanced or just watch the league... because it is that uninteresting

Bloom, we all agree trust me BUT the league is actually kinda Important, not the entire league, but a particular fight, watch it on your own if you want, just don’t miss it (I can just tell you what the battle was and what the consequences were if you want)

He actually liked the first season of johto. The second season with most of the season being fillers is what ruined this region.

I think he said it was his favourite from that batch, and that episode beats whole season 2 of johto.

I don’t like the first season that much either, but it beats the second season because it actually has a couple of highlights like that Charizard episode, and is sort of refreshing with new captures, but that’s it. I remember Zactoshi ranking all the seasons and putting Johto League Champions second last; that season took me ages to complete, nearly ruined me, and is why Johto is dead last on my series rankings. As for Master Quest, this season honestly carried the region hard. The eventual updated look, it having some actual story arcs, actually giving Misty some development after 4 seasons of doing nothing (nostalgia really makes people remember some things better than they were, that’s all I’ll say), and the League was actually pretty decent
