Yessir. The 5th gym battle is the best. Also Togetic evolves into togekiss, the pokemon dawn gets in sinnoh league victors

Goku

Cbloom don’t get your hype up for journeys too much it is by far has the worst girl protagonist and the worst travel companion and the worst team rocket and the most questionable writing decisions so enjoy theses shows while they last because journeys don’t give me justice as much as they should not even close kinda sad since journey is the last pokemon series with ash 😭

Coca Cola

team rocket isn't the worst in journeys

Goku

They do nothing in journey bro they don’t even get signature Pokémon to form any kind of relationship with at all it’s disrespectful and they form 0 relationships with or has any connection either they only get good moments when characters from PASS series come back and that’s it they don’t even catch a pokemon till like the last parts in journeys they do absolutely nothing of importance and what they did in the masters 8 is unforgivable that’s when I had enough of them I watched all of it but overall journeys is just kinda meh till old characters return so I can’t blame team rocket to much.

Goku

The Rocket Gachat It’s a plot device that removes all stakes. “Let’s spin a wheel and get whatever the plot needs!” It removes any strategy, planning, or personality. It also means Jessie and James have no consistent battling style or Pokémon personalities to bounce off.

Fernstoick

They do form relationships with Pokémon and when you say what they did at the league it's unforgivable you make it sound they did something terrible which they didn't ( hoeing ash in the first season league is the worst thing they done in my opinion).

Goku

What relationship with any pokemon in journeys do they from any type of relationship with? And I remember waiting for the next episode in tr master 8 I was so hyped who wasn’t it’s the top 8 in the world fighting than the next episode came out turns out to be a filler episode with team rocket causing shit In its so disappointing especially after one if not there best series sun and moon journeys just so mid

Fernstoick

Well if I say the Pokémon it would be spoiler, you know I don't really like spoiling that kind of information. Also that episode I think you refer was break day from the league, didn't get cancelled out because of team rocket, it was scheduled to be a break in that ep.

Goku

Yep they had a whole recap episodes in the middle of what’s supposed the biggest league in all of Pokemon show with the strongest trainers ever but somehow some battle still get skipped there so lucky that the last battle was super good or ngl one of the worst league by default like how are we skipping matches in the BIGGEST LEAGUE yeah that’s just my opinion though I hated they did that ruined it for me waited weeks for another episode to drop just for it to be a whole recap 😔 also I know cbloom doesn’t read this stuff anyways so you should be fine to talk about spoilers because he doesn’t read it anyways

Fernstoick

I also don't like when they skipping battles because ash isn't in them. Fun fact that big fight got skipped because the writers felt like making one competitor sweep the other was aired the same day after 12 years when the episode which tobias destroyed ash was aired. So definitely blame the writers for that decision.

Goku

Yep so unnecessary too like we already know Leon overpowered so why just make him look like an unbelievable strength because we also know no matter what ash is going win no matter what since we’re at the end of the whole series so jts just pointless at least show the fights in full they skipped the whole Diathia vs Leon it’s crazy to me lol how this is the end and we’re making Unova league mistakes 🤦🤦‍♂️

Ashhab Imran

Team Rocket cross-dressing in disguises is a bit of a gag. And as for dealing with Brock OG: Misty Advanced: Max (learnt from Misty) Diamond and Pearl: Croagunk

Ashhab Imran

Watching Journeys right now (about to start the final season), honestly Team Rocket were so much worse in the original series, speficially Orange Islands and Johto. At least in Journeys they're not phoned in every damn episode, even when they drag down most episodes they're in
