Monarchist
>>113869335

It shows one random scene from season 14 that doesnt even spoil anything. But sure, its probably better to watch it after season 9.

winglox
>>113869335

yeah but why not watch it in release order, he even did so with the movie which isn't even canon. i'd recommend watching all the legacy shorts during or after s14

Jayisbest

By the way that was travelers tea not them going back in time they are just in the first realm.

Amanda

Two more season of The Oni Trilogy and then on to the Secrets of the forbidden Spinjitzu 🥳

Shurikin

Part 1 of the Oni Trilogy is complete. Part 2 is another PEAK season and I can’t wait for you to experience it

Jeltevv

Quick note: They didn't travel back in time, they just traveled back to the first realm. The modern day version of it!

Roel Govaert

You should watch the ninjago golden hour short on youtube before s9, it is such a cool and important short to watch. Someone even made a verison on youtube that flows it perfectly with the end of s7.

Here's mine: 1. Sons of Garmadon (s8) 2. Hunted (s9) 3. Seabound (s14) 4. Master of the Mountain (s13) 5. Possession (s5) 6. Skybound (s6) 7. Tournament (s4) 8. March of the Oni (s10) 9. Hands of Time (s7) 10. Ice chapter (s11 2nd half) Also, Dragons Rising s1 isn't on this list since it's not completed yet. IF it continues on how good it is already, it will definitely be in my top 10!

iSwifty
>>113871942

thats not really a big spoiler at all, besides I think if he waits too long to watch it like after s9 itll lose its charm because s7 wouldve been so long ago

#1 FAN

Guys we have to talk him into the 9th season now

winglox
>>113871942

everybody else watched it during or after s14 and thats exactly why it was special

Rjleo

Top ninjago season finales the first time the villain actually wins was very insane .

Toasted Sandwich

they didn't travel back in time, they just went to the realm itself, Kai meant "where it all began" as in this is the first realm

Denzel Dubois

Season 8 is a perfect season in my opinion.

Lego Outcast Studios

I 100% agree with you, this is the best season by a landslide!!!, it had everything, the action, animation, the voice acting, the story, and, of course, the characters made the season so much, and they all concluded into a cliffhanger, which I knew was going to happen because this is a trilogy, but they lost, and now are separated, and not only in Ninjago, but in between realms and I have to say that the destruction was crazy here and i love that the ninja decided to take a risk and lose thier powers of corse Kai’s was skeptical but at the end still decided to risk it all and love the hallway fight,I’m a sucker for those type of fights and I love the way they did the choreography and notice that Lloyd eyes are now black again showing the loss of his powers but he’s still going to fight and I literally had the same mindset as Lloyd,”your just going to cause more loss”,and she was laughing about that,it’s so insane and she officially loss it in my eyes, and Lloyd thinking he’s lost his brothers is sad but I’m hoping they can meets again, and the realm of Oni and Dragons is Insane and I’m wondering how fast will Wu get to his original age casue they need him now then ever, this finale had everything and I’m happy to have wash this with you, but now it’s time for the second part of the trilogy which I’ll be patient and wait and again hope you and your family. Have a great day/Stay safe💚🐸🦉💚

Homie u gotta start at like Saturday or Sunday cause season 9 is straight peak fr bro

Wynn Edwards

please ignore the people telling you to watch the golden hour short. I think it hits much harder after season 9 at least.

Severn_!!!

Possession is still my favorite season because the old designs are too nostalgic imo, if they had the old designs I'd like season 8 better but in terms of story its probably the best.

Karakan2

New ones are way better bro Loyd eye browse looked so goofy I always laughed at it and Kai's hair has 1 slice of hairstanding or wtv u call it 💀💀

Jeltevv
>>113882520

Agreed! Their new designs are amazing! Also, I personally don't understand how you can rank a season better because of it's character designs, but that's just me tbh

isaac

btw they didnt travel back in time but just to the realm of oni and dragon, which if u remember is only one of the 16 realms. so yeah just a bit of clarification on that :)

Premith Tikkani

I love how Lloyd's lines just follow whatever you were saying at the end lol

Severn_!!!

If you thought this season was dark just wait till season 9 lmao

zenpi

Next season is just as insane as this one, story telling peak

zenpi

also on the parachute at the end that's Wu, it's a parallel to the beginning where Lloyd saw Mr E jump with parachute which had Garmadon on it.

Diesel28

Does anyone else know about the secret of the throne of season 9’s secondary villain it is so cool and just makes the character a whole lot darker

Rjleo
>>114074564

Ya but don’t spoil nothing we getting reactions tmr I think

Diesel28

I love seasons 8-11, Season 11 is underrated as hell in my opinion, so many people say it is horrible because of them focusing on the filler at the start and them not being used to the 11 minute episodes but it has some amazing twists and an amazing plot I think with Kai and Zane

Diesel28
>>114074564

Wasn’t planning on spoiling I was just saying but avoiding saying the actual fact even though it doesn’t contribute to the story at all

zenpi

you should watch a short called green and gold, it adds some context before season 9 (won't spoil to what), it's never showed or said in the show but is confirmed. The short itself isn't very important, but it might be better to even watch it after season 9 with the rest of the shorts (which are even less important, but the best ones out of any shorts yet)

Severn_!!!

You should watch the short "green and gold" before season 9. It adds context to a dark Easter egg in season 9.

Jeltevv
>>114079930

Season 15 is one big fanmade mess lmao. Everything is better than that lol

Rjleo
>>114089189

He should’nt watch it before we should watch it after Season 9

Rjleo

There are 6 shorts that came out between Seasons 9 and 10 ifyou want to react to them, they don’t have a significant part in the story but are more so callbacks to the first few seasons of the show

Zac Telford
>>114087887

Look, if you want to watch it before season 9, then at that point you may as well watch it after season 2 in terms of chronological order. Let him watch it in release order because it’s released at that time for a reason to clear any plot holes.

Zac Telford
>>114089189

Copy and paste from my other comment: Look, if you want to watch it before season 9, then at that point you may as well watch it after season 2 in terms of chronological order. Let him watch it in release order because it’s released at that time for a reason to clear any plot holes.

Zac Telford
>>114111783

Tbh they are kinda sorta necessary before season 10. Such as the re-introduction of past stuff and fixing plot holes. But yeah it’s not TOTALLY necessary

iSwifty
>>113871942

i dont mean to be that guy, but what surprise? I genuinely dont know why he should bother to wait? Like I dont really mind when he watches it and Im not trying to sound rude? but after the s8 episode 6, why wait anymore?
