New Voting mechanism投票机制 (Patreon)

Due to the long-term production resulting in the number of mods has been very large, but also part of the series such as DarkestDungeon Monster Girl mod and Barotrauma's Monster Girl mod is about to be finished, to consider the fairness of the old and new users, will be part of the old mods and finished series, put in the changed slot, the month of production is completed is still the base slot.

Voting has been changed to the 15th of each month, choosing from 5 mods that will be made in the following month.
