Raxisi are colorful and wily avian creatures inhabiting the Big Blue. Like many other creatures of the Big Blue, the raxisi are not indigenous to the planet. The legend goes that they came to the ocean world from a mythical place called Phasmere through one of the portals constructed by the ancient civilization of the Builders. Clever, hungry, and tricky by nature, these 3-4ft tall griffon-like scavengers have evolved to become the natural contenders to Chenol'xa's urban turfs, patrolling the ports and city streets for food, litter, and shiny objects.

Steal And Be Reborn

Raxisi have their own religion and believe in reincarnation. Their faith is based on a lesser deity known as The Prowlprince (which some clans recognize as the Tritonid god of secrets Xuexuetque). If a raxisi accumulates enough resources to share with their prowlclan in life, the Prowlprince will allow them to be reborn in a matter of days, to serve the cause of their own prowlclan again. If they steal incredible wealth for their clan, they can even be reborn into a prowlboss.
