This 2nd-level adventure involves players in a tale of theft, intrigue, and moral choices revolving around one of Mr. Purrson’s unique trinkets, the Mask of the Murkthief, which has recently been stolen. Players will navigate a complex web of suspects and underworld dealings to recover the mask and decide the fate of its ownership.

The quest unfolds in a bustling city with access to water (sea, lake, river) known for its trade and a seedy underbelly. The players will visit a city dock, a busy bazaar, and a witch coven’s temple. Players will start by investigating three key suspects: Bao, Xivyan, and Cai.
