My headcanon: "O Holy night" refers to Christmas Eve, the date most Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus. So "O Crowley night" must be the night of Valentine's Day, since Crowley is an incurably mushy romantic and V-Day would be the day he indulges totally in this. Maybe the 2 of them have returned home to their cottage from their Valentine's dinner after hearing a performance on period instruments of Aziraphale's 3 favorite Brandenburg Concerti (which Crowley influenced the decision of the music director and musicians to select as their V-Day performance material some 5 months in advance), and Aziraphale, who has long learned that when he wants Crowley to receive his thanks he must not tender that thanks directly, turns to go to the kitchen to put the kettle on, swerves back impulsively to murmur this dreadful pun of appreciation to Crowley as he kisses Crowley's forehead. And maybe it works. Crowley doesn't look squirmingly discomfited here (Aziraphale judiciously selects the moments he makes Crowley squirm and accept his praise, of late), just pleased and happy. I love the pieces you do of Crowley experiencing happiness at Aziraphale's open affection, because we don't get to see that in canon and have to guess at what it would look like.
