Ich liebe Polaroids! Während Ingos Besuch bei mir im letzten Jahr (der Besuch, von dem ich im letzten Post mit @herrschnapszeiten erzählt habe), haben wir tatsächlich ziemlich viel auf Polaroid fotografiert.

Mein Gott, wenn ich an all die Serien denke, die noch in meiner Drive schlummern, bekomme ich fast Schnappatmung. Bei der schieren Menge geraten viele leider in Vergessenheit – einfach weil mein Kopf ständig mit neuen Strecken beschäftigt ist.

Andererseits ist genau das auch schön: Jedes Mal, wenn ich über eine „ältere“ Serie stolpere, freue ich mich umso mehr und denke mir: „Oh stimmt, da war ja was!!“

I love Polaroids! During Ingo’s visit last year (yep, the one I mentioned in the last post with @herrschnapszeiten), we actually shot quite a lot on Polaroid.

Honestly, when I think about all the series still sleeping in my Drive, I almost get short of breath. There’s just so much, and some of it inevitably gets forgotten because my head is constantly busy with new shoots.

But that’s also kind of lovely – every time I stumble across one of those “older” series, I get really excited all over again and think, “Oh right, I totally forgot about that one!!”
