Update - Week 39 (Patreon)

Ich bin mal wieder etwas spät mit meinem Update, und dieses Mal fällt es auch etwas kürzer aus, aber ich wollte mich trotzdem kurz melden. Im Moment bin ich wirklich sehr low-energy, und meine To-do-Liste wird einfach nicht kleiner.

Letzte Woche bin ich montags zurück nach Duisburg gefahren und habe zum ersten Mal eine (fast vollständige) Woche in meiner Wohnung verbracht. Am Freitag haben mich meine Eltern besucht, und wir waren im Baumarkt, um Arbeitsplatten für die Küche auszusuchen. Außerdem haben wir noch gestrichen und allerlei Kleinigkeiten erledigt. Es geht voran – aber wirklich nur in kleinen Schritten.

Freitagabend waren wir Koreanisch essen, und am Samstag bin ich mit meinen Eltern zurück in die alte Heimat gefahren, weil meine Mutter und ich am Sonntag auf einen Flohmarkt wollten. Das war ziemlich anstrengend, und am Abend bin ich wieder zurück nach Duisburg.

Nächste Woche geht es zum Glück nach Frankreich – ich hoffe, dass dort alles ein bisschen entspannter wird.

Once again, I’m a little late with my update, and this time it’s also a bit shorter – but I still wanted to check in. At the moment, my energy levels are really low, and my to-do list just won’t get any shorter.

Last Monday, I went back to Duisburg and spent my first (almost complete) week in my apartment. On Friday, my parents came to visit, and we went to the hardware store to pick out countertops for the kitchen. We also did some painting and took care of all sorts of small tasks. Things are moving forward – but really only step by step.

On Friday evening, we went out for Korean food, and on Saturday I drove back with my parents to my old hometown, since my mother and I wanted to go to a flea market on Sunday. That was pretty exhausting, and in the evening I headed back to Duisburg again.

Next week, I’m lucky enough to be going to France – and I’m hoping things will be a little more relaxed there.
