[Art Vote] TF poll for this Month (Patreon)

As mentioned previously I wanted to try out doing one monthly art poll.

The poll will run 1 week, can't be longer or else I probably wouldn't have enough time to work on it. Also could do the poll one month earlier so the vote time could be longer.

This is a test run, feedback is very welcome so we can make adjustments for future art votes.

The winning animal gets at least 1 tf picture at the end of the month. Maybe two if time allows it. Winners from the last vote also gets excludied for this one so other have a chance. Suggestions for other options are also welcome.
