Here's the backing to go along with this week's I IV V triads lesson. It's pretty basic, but will at least give you a bit of context for the exercises...more fun than the metronome at least!

You can use this in various ways, for rhythm practice or lead. I'd suggest just working with one set of 3 triad voicing at a time to start with.

Please please the same for minor blues.... and for Jazz ii, V, I. This lesson has been one of the most helpful I took in the past year (even relative to the TrueFire and Jamplay classes that I take). Can wait for the next progressions. I you can to 5-7 common chord progression following the same concept. Thank you so much for this!!!

Hi Adrian , Can’t tell you how perfect this lesson is. I second Yonathan above for a future lesson with the minor chord that do with each triad set. I spent hours trying locate the info on the web, with no luck. I have the Guitar triad chart, but this positional view vertical is awesome. it is such a musical way to practice. Thank you for such a great lesson.

There's a very Boney M type vibe to the backing track.

Yes, I think there's something about that I IV V triad sound that definitely gives you a bit of a caribbean or calypso vibe sometimes!
